For order support

Include the following information so we can identify the issue efficiently:

• Your order number.
• The name and contact details used for the order.
• The affected product, model, flavour and quantity.
• The tracking number, if the order has shipped.
• A concise explanation of the question or problem.
• Clear photographs where the issue involves damage, leakage, packaging or a wrong item.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents through ordinary email or WhatsApp.

Shipping information

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Our standard delivery estimate is 3–7 business days after dispatch to eligible serviceable addresses. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking creation may occur before the first physical carrier scan.

Product safety concern

Before contacting us about tracking

Check whether the status says only that tracking or shipping information has been created. This may happen before the carrier's first physical scan. If there is a prolonged unexplained delay, send us the order and tracking references so the matter can be reviewed.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or privacy complaints, use the email address above and write “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Explain the request clearly. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
